Sales and Marketing

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s client base within the shipping and logistics sector.
  • Identify key market segments and prospective clients, and develop targeted sales plans to capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the shipping and logistics industry, including freight forwarders, shippers, and carriers.
  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive Sales report for the stake-holder review.


Marketing Campaigns and Brand Promotion:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our company’s shipping and logistics services and differentiate our brand in the marketplace.
  • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to engage with target audiences and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and maximize ROI.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the shipping and logistics industry.
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to identify customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that may impact the shipping and logistics landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide input and support for the development of new shipping and logistics services or enhancements to existing services, based on market feedback and customer demand.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as shipping lines, ports, and customs authorities, to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
